To create a nurturing and inclusive space where traditional Sri Lankan dance and rhythmic therapy help people reconnect with their body, mind — fostering mindfulness, confidence, and pride.

Our Mission

Through dance and drum practices, we guide children and adults to discover balance and inner joy — blending cultural heritage with modern therapeutic techniques to promote healing, harmony, and holistic well-being.

Little Rhythms

Through rhythm and movement, children reconnect with Sri Lankan tradition — growing in confidence, creativity, calmness, and discipline, while moving with joy and respect for their heritage.

Teens Rhythms

Rhythm Within invites young dancers to move mindfully—finding confidence, creativity, and emotional freedom through the rhythms that connect them to their heritage.

Adults — Mindful & Drum

For adults of all levels, this mindful dance experience blends traditional movement, breath, and rhythm to release tension, restore calm, and reconnect with the body’s wisdom — transforming movement into a path from stress to renewal.

Shyamali Edinadura

Born and trained in Sri Lankan traditional dance, I weave classical movements with mindful rhythm and drum therapy — guiding students to heal, focus, and grow as they reconnect with the rhythm of their own hearts.

  • Traditional Sri Lankan Dance
    • Kandyan Dance & Drumming – Training from age 5 under Guru Somalatha Wedage, later continuing under Dr. Piyasara Shilpadhipathi, within the same traditional lineage
  • Classical Indian Dance
    • Bharatanatyam – Over 10 years of training under Dr. Miranda Hemalatha (Kala Ashrama)
    • Arangetram Graduation Performance – 2009
  • Kathak Dance
    • Madhyama Certification (Intermediate Level) in Kathak Dance
